1. No masturbating or playing with yourself without permission, no
cumming without permission.

2 Safe words are Red and Yellow, red meaning stop yellow meaning slow
down.  These can be used at any time.

3. I will be able to do things to you whenever I want, make you keep
toys in or anything else i wish.

4. New things will be discussed, but you will not always be given a
choice on whether or not to do them.

5. Old things are expected to be done without any complaining, you may
say you do not like something but you are not allowed to argue and you
are expected to do it.  Excessive arguing will be punished.  When I
tell you to do something I expect you to do it without getting angry
at me, even if it is not a sexually related order.

6.  Pain in not a punishment, I can hurt you whenever I wish without
giving you any pleasure if I chose.

7.  You are to ask permission before you drink when you are by
yourself.  If you are out with your friends you may drink as you
chose, but if you are drinking alone you must ask permission.  If you
are out with your friends I expect you to control your drinking and
keep it at a level that you can emotionally handle.

8.  You are to avoid Michael if at all possible. I know I can not keep
you from seeing him at school, but you are not allowed to go anywhere
with him, or get in his car, and you are especially not allowed to go
to his place.

9.  You are required to eat every day.  For now atleast 2 meals
everyday.  These must be actual meals not simply bites of food.

10.  You are to tell me anytime you cut, throw up, skip meals or do
anything else to harm youself.  Most likely you will not be punished
for cutting, but I will decide on a case by case basis.  Failure to
tell me that you have done any of these things will result in you
being punished.

11. If I give you any piercing you are not allowed to remove them
without permission.

12.  If there is a question about a rule or order i give you, you are
to ask me about it before you do anything.  For example if i tell you
to keep a toy in, and you are not sure if i meant for the night or all
the time, then you should ask me before removing it.

13.  I may play with your vibrating rings anytime i wish, even if you
are in public, as long as it is safe for you to do so.

14.  I expect you to take this seriously and not as if it is a game,
which means wanting to be obedient, doing your best to follow what I
say, and not arguing.

15. If you have problem with a rule or order you may always discuss it
with me.  If you have a problem with anything I expect you to tell me,
communication is a must.

16. Failure to follow these rules will result in punishment.

17. You are not allowed to have any sharp objects in your room,
especially near your bed, anything you have should be put away.

18.  You do not have to call me master, but if i give you an order you
should say Yes Sir.

19. Work out 3 times a day, Monday, Wednesday, And Friday.

20. Eat, atleast 2 meals a day, and no going to the restroom an hour after you eat.

21. Mediate everyday for 20 minutes.

22. Cleaning your room everyday and making the bed. 

This is an intro-entry, I guess...this is where Ill put, all of my activites in, so that He can be aware of whats going with me for the. Just to let Him know that i am trying to follow His rules:)
